A deck lifter is mainly composed of a generator, cab, steel structure frame, hydraulic outriggers, lifting hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors, slewing bearings, oil tanks, wheels, remote controllers, and electric control boxes. Based on hydraulic drive and intelligent control technology, high-pressure oil flow is generated by a hydraulic pump station to drive the synchronous operation of multiple oil cylinders, achieving precise lifting of decks or heavy-duty structures. The system monitors the height and load of each lifting point in real-time through displacement and pressure sensors, and the central controller dynamically adjusts the output force of the oil cylinders to ensure millimeter-level synchronization accuracy. In terms of safety, triple protection including mechanical locking, overflow valves, and emergency pressure relief is adopted to prevent overload or accidental falling. This technology is particularly suitable for scenarios such as ship maintenance and bridge lifting, capable of efficiently completing stable lifting and leveling of loads ranging from hundreds to thousands of tons, while balancing high safety and engineering efficiency.
