The working principle of the top-lift movable deck is based on modular design and segmented top-lift concept. The whole deck is divided into multiple independent plates, each of which is controlled by a special top-lift device (hydraulic cylinder or electric top-lifter), which can complete a single lifting operation in 3 minutes. Although this design is not as good as the lifting system, it significantly reduces the initial investment and long-term maintenance costs. At the same time, it avoids complex transmission mechanisms, making the cargo compartment space more concise and convenient for repair and maintenance.
